Product Returns and Refunds

At ErGear, our goal is to provide you with the best customer experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us for a replacement or refund within 30 days.  

Please note the following if you decide to return your product:  

• The return period starts the daythe product is delivered 
• Returns must include the original packaging
• All parts and accessories must be included in the box and in their packaging 
• For buyer’s remorse claims or claims that are not quality-related, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs  

Returned items may be refused if the items do not meet the above requirements. Please allow up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return for your credit. You will be credited back through your payment method at the time of your purchase.  

How Do I Return an Item?  

To request a return, please email us at support@ergear.com with the following information:  

1. Product model number. 

2. A copy of your invoice. 

3. Reason for your return. Abrief description of why you would like to return the itemto help us understand how our product did not meet your expectations.
